حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ مُصْعَبٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ مُوسَى بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ؟ فَقَالَ: يَجُوزُ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَزْوِيجٌ بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ
