حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ رَجُلٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ: الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مِينَاءَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
أَدْنَى مَا يَكُونُ فِي النِّكَاحِ أَرْبَعَةٌ: الَّذِي يُزَوِّجُ وَالَّذِي يَتَزَوَّجُ وَشَاهِدَانِ [٢]
