حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ:
فِي رَجُلٍ غَشِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ: أَنَّهُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الَّذِي غَشِيَ فِي رَمَضَانَ، عَلَيْهِ مَا عَلَى الَّذِي غَشِيَ فِي رَمَضَانَ
