حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، قَالَ: يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
