إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ: أَقْسَمْتُ أَوْ أَشْهَدُ أَوْ أَحْلِفُ، فَلَيْسَ بِيَمِينٍ حَتَّى يَقُولَ: بِاللهِ
