حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَحْلِفُ عَلَى الشَّيْءِ يَتَعَمَّدُهُ، قَالَ حَمَّادٌ: لَيْسَ لِهَذَا كَفَّارَةٌ، وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: الْكَفَّارَةُ خَيْرٌ
