حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ مُوسَى الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَالشَّعْبِيَّ وَعَطَاءً وَمُجَاهِدًا: فِي الصَّلَاةِ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ شَيْءٌ مُوَقَّتٌ ؟ فَقَالُوا: لَا، إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ شَفِيعٌ، فَاشْفَعْ بِأَحْسَنِ مَا تَعْلَمُ
