حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ مَوْلَى سَلَمَةَ قَالَ:
كَانَ سَلَمَةُ لَا يَسْأَلُهُ إِنْسَانٌ بِوَجْهِ اللهِ شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ، وَيَكْرَهُهَا وَيَقُولُ: هِيَ إِلْحَافٌ
