مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: فَكَمْ فِيمَا كَانَ بَعْلًا مِنْ نَخْلٍ أَوْ عَثَرِيٍّ مِنْ حَبٍّ أَوْ حَرْثٍ ؟ قَالَ: الْعُشْرُ. قَالَ: فَقُلْتُ [١]: [فَكَمْ] [٢]فِيمَا يُسْقَى غَيْلًا مِنْ نَخْلٍ [٣]أَوْ عِنَبٍ أَوْ حَبٍّ ؟ قَالَ: الْعُشْرُ. [٤]قُلْتُ: فِيمَا يُسْقَى بِالدَّلْوِ وَبِالْمَنَاضِحِ ؟ قَالَ: نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ
