مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي وَغَيْرَهُ يَذْكُرُونَ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ أَنْ تُقَسَّمَ الْغَنَمُ أَثْلَاثًا، ثُمَّ يَخْتَارُ سَيِّدُهَا ثُلُثًا، وَيَأْخُذُ الْمُصَدِّقَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ الْأَوْسَطِ
