حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ: أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ مِنْ ثَلَاثِينَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ تَبِيعٌ أَوْ تَبِيعَةٌ، وَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةٌ
