Then the year 348 AH began
وَفِيهَا أَنْفَذَ الْخَلِيفَةُ لِوَاءً وَخِلْعَةً لِأَبِي عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِلْيَاسَ صَاحِبِ كَرْمَانَ
Translation
✧ In that year, the Caliph sent a banner and a robe of honor to Abū ʿAlī b. Ilyās, the ruler of Kirmān.
