✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed qunut for a continuous month in the Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha, and Fajr prayers, after every prayer when he said, 'Allah hears the one who praises Him' in the last rak'ah, supplicating against a tribe of Banu Sulaym, against Ri'l, Dhakwan, and Usayyah, and those behind him said ameen. He had sent to them calling them to Islam, and they killed them. Ikrimah said, 'This is the origin of qunut.'
