حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ النَّضْرِ ثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ثَنَا زَائِدَةُ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ

«مَا كَانَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى لِيَرَانِي أُفَضِّلُ أُمًّا عَلَى جَدٍّ»
