حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنِي الْمِنْهَالُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا عَادَ الْمَرِيضَ جَلَسَ عِنْدَ رَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ «أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ» فَإِنْ كَانَ فِي أَجَلِهِ تَأْخِيرٌ عُوفِيَ مِنْ وَجَعِهِ ذَلِكَ

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ visited a sick person, he would sit at his head and then say seven times: I ask Allah the Magnificent, Lord of the Magnificent Throne, to heal you. If there was a delay in his appointed term, he would be cured of that pain.
