✧ Zainab, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, died. He went out with her funeral procession and we went out with him. We saw him gloomy and sad. When the Prophet ﷺ entered her grave, he came out with a bright face. We asked him about that and he said: “She was a sickly woman, and I remembered the severity of death and the squeezing of the grave, so I supplicated to Allah to lighten it for her.”
