حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَبِيبٍ الْمَعْمَرِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا دَعَتْ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ فَقَالَتْ

لَهُ «يَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ مَا هَذِهِ الْأَحَادِيثُ الَّتِي تَبْلُغُنَا أَنَّكَ تُحَدِّثُ بِهَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ هَلْ سَمِعْتَ إِلَّا مَا سَمِعْنَا؟ وَهَلْ رَأَيْتَ إِلَّا مَا رَأَيْنَا؟» قَالَ «يَا أُمَّاهُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ يَشْغَلُكِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَرْآةُ وَالْمُكْحُلَةُ وَالتَّصَنُّعُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَإِنِّي وَاللَّهِ مَا كَانَ يَشْغَلُنِي عَنْهُ شَيْءٌ»

✧ He said to him: 'O Abu Hurayrah, what are these hadiths that have reached us, that you narrate from the Prophet ﷺ? Did you hear except what we heard? And did you see except what we saw?' He said: 'O my mother, the mirror, the kohl, and adorning oneself for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to occupy you from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and by Allah, nothing used to occupy me from him.'

  • هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح
