فَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَجَادٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهَا سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ « [البحر الوافر]
أَلَا أَنْبِئْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَنِّي حَمَيْتُ صَحَابَتِي بِصُدُورِ نَبْلِي أَذُودُ بِهَا عَدُوَّهُمْ ذِيَادًا بِكُلِّ حُزُونَةٍ وَبِكُلِّ سَهْلِ فَمَا يَعْتَدُّ رَامٍ مِنْ مَعَدٍّ بِسَهْمٍ مَعْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ قَبْلِي»
Translation
