حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الشَّهِيدُ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رَزِينٍ ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَوْ حَدَّثَنِي خَالِي

أَنَّ سَعْدًا سُئِلَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ أَوْ حَدِيثٍ فَاسْتَعْجَمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ «إِنِّي لَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ أُحَدِّثَكُمْ حَدِيثًا تَزِيدُونَ فِيهِ مِائَةً»
