أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْقَاضِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ
«أَسْلَمَ الزُّبَيْرُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سِتَّ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً وَقُتِلَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ بِضْعٍ وَسِتِّينَ»
