حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ

«كَانَ أَصْحَابُ الْقَضَاءِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ سِتَّةً عُمَرُ وَعَلِيٌّ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَأُبَيٌّ وَزَيْدٌ وَأَبُو مُوسَى هَكَذَا حَدَّثَنَا وَفِي أَكْثَرِ الرِّوَايَاتِ وَأَصَحُّهَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ بَدَلَ أَبِي مُوسَى
