أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْإِسْفَرَايِينِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْبَرَاءُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ سَمِعْتُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنَ أَبِي خَالِدٍ يَذْكُرُ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ الْأَحْمَسِيِّ قَالَ

مَرَرْتُ بِبِلَالٍ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقُلْتُ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَا يُجْلِسُكَ؟ فَقَالَ «أَنْتَظِرُ طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ»
