✧ The merits of Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَتَّابٍ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي دَارِمٍ الْحَافِظُ قَالُوا ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَبْسِيُّ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ الضَّبِّيُّ ثنا خَالِدٌ الْوَاسِطِيُّ وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَحْرٍ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ بَيَانَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ قِيلَ يَا أَهْلَ الْجَمْعِ غُضُّوا أَبْصَارَكُمْ لِتَمُرَّ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَتَمُرُّ وَعَلَيْهَا رَيْطَتَانِ خَضْرَاوَانِ قَالَ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ لِي أَبُو قِلَابَةَ وَكَانَ مَعَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «حَمْرَاوَانِ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: "When the Day of Resurrection comes, it will be said: 'O people of the gathering, lower your gaze so that Fatimah bt. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ may pass.' She will pass wearing two green garments." Abu Muslim said: Abu Qilabah said to me, while Abd al-Hamid was with us, that he said: "Two red garments."
