✧ In the saying of Allah, the Exalted, "{The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has split.}" [Surah Al-Qamar 54:1], it is said that this occurred during the time of the Prophet ﷺ when the moon split into two halves: one half was on one side of the mountain and the other half was on the other side. The Prophet ﷺ then said, "O Allah, bear witness."
