حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَشْيَبُ نا عُمَرُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«إِنَّ مِمَّا أَتَخَوَّفُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي أَنْ يَكْثُرَ فِيهِمُ الْمَالُ حَتَّى يَتَنَافَسُوا فِيهِ فَيَقْتَتِلُوا عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّ مِمَّا أَتَخَوَّفُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي أَنْ يُفْتَحَ لَهُمُ الْقُرْآنُ حَتَّى يَقْرَأْهُ الْمُؤْمِنُ وَالْكَافِرُ وَالْمُنَافِقُ فَيُحِلُّ حَلَالَهُ الْمُؤْمِنُ ابْتِغَاءَ تَأْوِيلِهِ إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ»

✧ “Indeed, among what I fear for my community is that wealth will become abundant among them until they vie for it and fight over it. And among what I fear for my community is that the Qurʾān will be opened to them until the believer, the disbeliever, and the hypocrite recite it, and the believer will make its lawful lawful, seeking its interpretation” — to the end of the verse.
