✧ Among the supplications of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, a heart that does not humble, a supplication that is not heard, a soul that is not satisfied, and from hunger, for it is an evil bedfellow; and from treachery, for it is an evil inner trait; and from laziness, miserliness, cowardice, senility, and from being brought back to the worst age; and from the trial of the Dajjal, the punishment of the grave, and the trial of life and death. O Allah, we ask You for hearts that are humble, submissive, and repentant in Your path. O Allah, we ask You for the determinations of Your forgiveness, the means of salvation in Your command, safety from every sin, booty from every act of piety, success in attaining Paradise, and deliverance from the Fire."
