أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَارِيَةَ لَمْ تَبْلُغِ الْمَحِيضَ وَلَا تَحْمِلُ مِثْلُهَا بِكَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا؟ قَالَ «بِثَلَاثَةِ أَشْهُرٍ»
