أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَطَاوُسٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ قَالُوا
«إِذَا طَهُرَتِ الْحَائِضُ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ صَلَّتِ الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ وَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ قَبْلَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ صَلَّتِ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ»
