حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ عَنْ أَبِي يُوسُفَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ

«إِذَا حَاضَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ فِي وَقْتِ الصَّلَاةِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا الْقَضَاءُ»

قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ «يَعْقُوبُ هُوَ ابْنُ الْقَعْقَاعِ قَاضِي مَرْوٍ وَأَبُو يُوسُفَ شَيْخٌ مَكِّيٌّ»
