machine translationThis is a mistake. Rather, it is ʿĀṣim, from Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, from the Prophet ﷺ, as a mursal report.

machine translationIt was narrated by al-Ḥārith b. Nabhān, from ʿĀṣim, from Muṣʿab b. Saʿd, from Saʿd, from the Prophet ﷺ. It was also narrated by Aḥmad b. Masʿūd al-Zubayrī, from Mūsā b. Naṣr, from Fayḍ b. Wathīq, from Abū Umayyah b. Yaʿlā, from ʿĀṣim, but he erred in it. Rather, al-Fayḍ b. Wathīq narrated it from al-Ḥārith b. Nabhān, from ʿĀṣim.
