أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى أَنبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُنْذِرٌ هُوَ ابْنُ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ قَالَ
«مَجْلِسٌ يُتَنَازَعُ فِيهِ الْعِلْمُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ قَدْرِهِ صَلَاةً لَعَلَّ أَحَدَهُمْ يَسْمَعُ الْكَلِمَةَ فَيَنْتَفِعُ بِهَا سَنَةً أَوْ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ عُمُرِهِ»

✧ "A gathering in which knowledge is disputed is more beloved to me than the amount of salah (prayer) I can perform. Perhaps someone will hear a word and benefit from it for a year or for the rest of their life."
