✧ In a man, he recommends for others outside his relatives.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ فِي قَرَابَتِهِ فَهُوَ لِأَقْرَبِهِمْ بِبَطْنٍ الذَّكَرُ وَالْأُنْثَى فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ
