حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ بَعْضِ الْوَرَثَةِ قَالَ «لَا يَجُوزُ وَإِنْ كَانَ أَقَلَّ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ»
