✧ When a man advises another man while he is absent

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَسْعَدَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ
«إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ فَإِذَا قَدِمَ فَإِنْ شَاءَ قَبِلَ فَإِذَا قَبِلَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ أَنْ يَرُدَّهُ»

✧ “If a man entrusts a bequest to another man while he is absent, then when he arrives, if he wishes, he accepts. Once he accepts, he may not reject it.”
