حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ قَالَ
«الْوَصِيُّ أَمِينٌ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا فِي الْعِتْقِ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُقِيمَ الْوَلَاءَ»
