حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مِنْ بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ وَالْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ فَضَالَةَ وَابْنِ أَبِي عَوْفٍ وَرَاشِدٍ وَعَطِيَّةَ قَالُوا
«لَا يُوَرَّثُ الْحُمَلَاءُ»
