حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ قَالَ
«الدِّيَةُ سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ»
