✧ Prohibition of cursing animals

أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَسَمِعَ لَعْنَةً فَقَالَ «مَا هَذَا؟» قَالُوا فُلَانَةُ لَعَنَتْ رَاحِلَتَهَا فَقَالَ «ضَعُوا عَنْهَا فَإِنَّهَا مَلْعُونَةٌ» قَالَ فَوَضَعُوا عَنْهَا قَالَ عِمْرَانُ «كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا نَاقَةً وَرْقَاءَ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was on a journey and heard a woman cursing, so he said, "What is this?" They replied, "So-and-so has cursed her riding camel." He said, "Unload her, for she is cursed." He said: So they unloaded her. 'Imran said, "It is as if I am looking at her, a grayish she-camel."
