✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ traveled and mounted his riding camel, he would say “Allāhu akbar” three times and say: “Glory be to the One Who subjected this to us, for we could not have subdued it, and to our Lord we will return” [43:14]. O Allah, I ask You in this journey of mine for righteousness and piety, and for deeds that please You. O Allah, make the journey easy for us and fold up for us the distance of the land. O Allah, You are the Companion in travel and the Deputy among the family. O Allah, accompany us in our journey and be our deputy among our family with good.”
