أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
«مَنْ ابْتَاعَ ثَمَرَةً فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلَا يَأْخُذَنَّ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بِمَ تَأْخُذُ مَالَ أَخِيكَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ؟»
