✧ If the buyers disagree

أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

«الْبَيِّعَانِ إِذَا اخْتَلَفَا وَالْبَيْعُ قَائِمٌ بِعَيْنِهِ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَالْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ الْبَائِعُ أَوْ يَتَرَادَّانِ الْبَيْعَ»

Translation

✧ “If the two parties to a sale disagree while the object of sale is still present and there is no evidence between them, then the statement to be accepted is what the seller says, or they may return the sale.”
