Sunan ad-Darimi 2450

✧ In the Virtue of those Injured in the Path of Allah

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي مُوسَى بْنُ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ

َرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَا مِنْ مَجْرُوحٍ يُجْرَحُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ﷻ إِلَّا بَعَثَهُ اللَّهُ ﷻ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَجُرْحُهُ يَدْمَى الرِّيحُ رِيحُ الْمِسْكِ وَاللَّوْنُ لَوْنُ الدَّمِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There is no wounded person who is wounded in the path of Allah ﷻ except that Allah ﷻ will raise him on the Day of Resurrection while his wound bleeds, its scent the scent of musk and its color the color of blood.”
