أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّزَّالَ بْنَ سَبْرَةَ قَالَ
شَهِدْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ وَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَةٌ فِي تَحْرِيمٍ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ بَيَّنَ فَمَنْ أَتَى الْأَمْرَ مِنْ قِبَلِ وَجْهِهِ فَقَدْ بُيِّنَ وَمَنْ خَالَفَ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا نُطِيقُ خِلَافَكُمْ»
Translation

✧ I witnessed Abdullah when a man and a woman came to him concerning prohibition (tahrim). He said, "Indeed Allah has made clear. So whoever comes to the matter from its proper angle, it has been made clear; and whoever opposes, then by Allah, we cannot endure your opposition."
