حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّازُ وَيُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْأَزْرَقُ وَابْنُ الرَّبِيعِ وَابْنُ مَخْلَدٍ قَالُوا نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
كُلُوا مَا حَسَرَ عَنْهُ الْبَحْرُ وَمَا أَلْقَاهُ وَمَا وَجَدْتُمُوهُ مَيِّتًا أَوْ طَافِيًا فَوْقَ الْمَاءِ فَلَا تَأْكُلُوهُ

Likewise Ayyūb al-Sakhtiyānī, ʿUbayd Allāh b. ʿUmar, Ibn Jurayj, Zuhayr, Ḥammād b. Salamah and others narrated it from Abū al-Zubayr as mawqūf. It is also narrated from Ismāʿīl b. Umayyah and Ibn Abī Dhiʾb, from Abū al-Zubayr, as marfūʿ, but raising it is not sound. Yaḥyā b. Sulaym raised it from Ismāʿīl b. Umayyah, while others made it mawqūf.
