قَالَ وَنا عَمَّارُ بْنُ مَطَرٍ نا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ

عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَوْلَهُ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ وَهِيَ الشَّرْبَةُ الَّتِي أَسْكَرَتْكَ هَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنَ الَّذِي قَبْلَهُ وَلَمْ يُسْنِدْهُ غَيْرُ الْحَجَّاجِ وَقَدِ اخْتُلِفَتْ عَنْهُ وَعَمَّارُ بْنُ مَطَرٍ ضَعِيفٌ وَحَجَّاجٌ ضَعِيفٌ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْ قَوْلِ النَّخَعِيِّ

Translation

✧ From Ibrahim, his statement: Every intoxicant is forbidden, and it is the drink that intoxicates you. This is more correct than the one before it; no one traced it back except al-Hajjaj, and there are discrepancies reported from him. Ammar b. Matar is weak and Hajjaj is weak; it is only from the statement of al-Nakha'i.
