نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي شُعَيْبٍ نا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

جَاءَ هِلَالٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِعُشُورِ نَحْلٍ لَهُ وَسَأَلَهُ أَنْ يَحْمِيَ وَادِيًا يُقَالُ لَهُ سَلَبَةُ فَحَمَى لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ذَلِكَ الْوَادِيَ فَلَمَّا وَلِيَ عُمَرُ كَتَبَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ إِلَى عُمَرَ يَسْأَلُهُ فَكَتَبَ عُمَرُ إِنْ أَدَّى إِلَيْكَ مَا كَانَ يُؤَدِّي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنْ عُشْرِ نَحْلِهِ فَاحْمِ لَهُ سَلَبَةَ ذَلِكَ الْوَادِي وَإِلَّا فَهُوَ ذُبَابُ غَيْثٍ يَأْكُلُهُ مَنْ شَاءَ
