نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ نا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ وَعَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ تُوُفِّيَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ

الْأَنْصَارِ فَتَرَكَ سِتَّةً أَعْبُدٍ لَيْسَ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَهُمْ جَمِيعًا عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَجَزَّأَهُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَجْزَاءٍ ثُمَّ أَقْرَعَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَ الثُّلُثَ وَأَرَقَّ الثُّلُثَيْنِ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي اللَّيْثُ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
