نا دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ نا جَعْفَرٌ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ

وَأَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ هَلَكَ وَعِنْدَهُ مَالُ امْرِئٍ بِعَيْنِهِ اقْتَضَى مِنْهُ شَيْئًا أَوْ لَمْ يَقْتَضِ فَهُوَ أُسْوَةُ الْغُرَمَاءِ

Translation

  3. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAbd al-Jabbār
  4. Ismāʿīl b. ʿAyyāsh
  5. al-Zubaydī
  6. al-Zuhrī
  7. Abū Bakr b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman
  8. Abū Hurayrah
  9. al-Nabī ﷺ
  10. And Zād Fīh

✧ And any person who perishes while having another person's property in his possession, whether he collected something from it or not, he is on equal footing with the creditors.
