نا الْقَاضِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الْأَوْدِيُّ نا بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ نا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ أَقْبَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَبُو رَافِعٍ إِلَى سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ فَقَالَ اشْتَرِ نَصِيبِي فِي

دَارِكَ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ لَا أُرِيدُهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ قَائِلٌ اشْتَرِهِ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ آخُذُهُ بِأَرْبَعِمِائَةٍ مُعَجَّلَةٍ أَوْ مُؤَخَّرَةٍ فَقَالَ أَبُو رَافِعٍ قَدْ أُعْطِيتُ خَمْسَةَ آلَافٍ مُعَجَّلَةً فَقَالَ لَهُ سَعْدٌ مَا أَنَا بِزَائِدِكَ فَقَالَ أَبُو رَافِعٍ لَوْلَا أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ أَوْ نَصِيبِهِ مَا بِعْتُكَ بِأَرْبَعِمِائَةٍ وَتَرَكْتُ خَمْسَةَ آلَافٍ
