نا ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ هَيَّاجٍ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَرْحَبِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدَةُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ أَوْلَى بِالْيَمِينِ إِلَّا أَنْ تَقُومَ بَيِّنَةٌ
